The check In was very easy they send you directions to how to enter room the room was clean and the bed, can I tell you about that mattress, so comfy!!!!
Spacious, beautifully decorated, with two private bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 full baths, large living area, beautiful kitchen nice outdoor area.
The stay was contactless with a door code provided prior to arrival. The shared lounge with a hot tub, former kitchen & big screen TV was awesome! The only drawback for this location is the irritating street noise competing with the peaceful creek sounds.
The property is very nice but the walls and floors are a little thin so with that being said it’s not a good place to stay with small children that don’t like to stay still and quite.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
The location was nice, it was clean and well put together. However, 1: The TV did not work, 2: The bathroom had a window and was freezing cold, 3: The bathroom also had poor ventilation, even with the fan on the room was completely full of condensation after a shower, even building up around the door frame and on the sink edge etc. 4: The bed was very very firm. 5: I messaged them about the TV and they never answered but did continue to send automated messages about our stay and rebooking.
Came to Maggie Valley for Spring Break with my family. We rented the "apartment" which was anything but. It was a gorgeous 2 bed/ 2 bath with a pull out queen. Massive kitchen with all the amenities and a beautiful creek to listen to at night. It was such a lovely stay and would certainly return to any of their other properties around the US.
This is a quaint place to stay for me and husband with convenient parking. The double bed room we had for two nights was roomy, cozy, freshly painted, and clean. Plenty of pillows and towels. Cute little 2 chairs and table. There was a nice one cup keurig coffee maker for our morning coffee and small frig. I did not realize when I booked our room no microwave. Also didn't realize we would be on 2nd floor. Stairs steep for us in 60's. There is a lovely common living area and fully equipped kitchen with big screen TV.
So unique and charming. The room was very clean and modernly decorated. Creek is in back of motel. The lounge area was so beautiful. Everything needed for room was available there with extra towels, toilletries and coffee. You could prepare food there if you clean up. The jacuzzi in back looked very clean. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because i felt a little nervous as a single traveler right by main road with no onsite staff. it is a safe area but this is something tp keep in mind. Also the door on hydrangea had a small gap and needed more sealant. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay with comfortable bed.
This hotel was newly renovated and very clean. There are no staff at the hotel (you must contact them online, and they actually never returned my email). You enter everything by code (room, exercise area, lounge). Parking is free. It also was walkable to a great restaurant (5 minute walk) with outdoor seating by a creek. The shampoo and body wash tiny bottles were only half full, so obviously had been used before. You can easily get extras in the lounge area (along with more towels and tp). Really great for the price. Would definitely recommend it!
Great room. Very clean, comfortable and convenient. We were right in the middle of Maggie Valley and very close to Cherokee and Waynesville too. The hotel was also pet friendly. Check in and Check out was fantastic.
Easy access, felt safe while staying there, the pictures on the website made it look like the rooms had their own cooking area and thought there was somewhere to do laundry.
