「Several issues. 1. The beds are not queen size as described. They are full size beds. The mattresses on these beds have to be at a minimum 10 years old. Absolutely awful. The couch bed mattress looks like something a homeless person died on. The good news is it is also broken and unusable. You can see daylight around both exterior doors. Not suitable for trying to keep the elements and weather out. The only decent this about this place is outside. The views are great. 」

「Charming mountain house with a wrap around deck and screened porch. Hot tub was great and kitchen details - like pot holders and corkscrew/bottle opener - appreciated very much. Enjoyable just sitting on the deck and enjoying the nature and peace. Would recommend a 4 wheel drive to get up and down Plott Balsam Road (though we did manage with a 2wd sedan). Very close to Soco Falls and Blue Ridge Parkway. A lovely secluded getaway that you won't want to leave. 」

The kitchen needed a pantry to put food supplies in - but it was very well appointed with dishes and cookware. Enjoyed the back patio with the fireplace. The fur baby enjoyed the yard. 「Perfect place for a relaxing getaway. I cannot say enough great things about this cabin or the area it is in. The cabin is perfectly decorated, has an amazing screened in porch and deck that overlooks the creek, is in a quite location but is close to everything that Maggie Valley and the surrounding area has to offer. 「Thus cabin was way off the beaten path which we enjoyed greatly. No noise from traffic or neighbors, but still close to town. The pictures and descriptions we dead on. It had more than enough space to accommodate my family if 6 in beds, it even had 2 additional fold outs if we needed them. The host was extremely friendly and quick to respond to ALL my messages. My family and i would stay again. 」

「Great location for ski resort but not hiking. You are definitely in a neighborhood. Pictures depict a different experience. I agree with comments about the weird set up- walking through actual bedrooms to get to hot tub and other bedrooms. Big hassle. Also AC did notwork on a 80 degree day. While they told me I would get a refund- 2 weeks later nothing! Also we had 8 people and we cooked. There were 4 forks and 4 spoons, another hassle. The views were amazing and the decks delightful...
