"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "We are so thankful because we were allowed to check in early. I guess they have available rooms so we were really lucky for that. The location its amazing the zocalo its like 5 minutes walk and the 20 the noviembre two blocks away. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nice , the bed was a bit small but comfortable. However the AC AND FAN make up for it Overall we will definitely go back!"
