Nobody was there to check us in, the room wasn’t ready and they had the wrong reservation details (they said we didn’t book for an AC room with a washing machine when we did). 3 days after check in they called and said we had overstayed the reservation, when we still had another full day to go! "Only the photo looks good, the apartment complex is probably the worst in Bangalore and not maintained at all with 14 story buildings with just one lift and the entire apartment complex looked like will collapse any time. It was leaking everywhere, bad smell, worst maintained. Room was okay, but to get there is the worst and no near by hotels etc I didn't stay there for even a day and had to book another hotel near by. I need my money back, atleast portion of it."

Blue Ginger at the Taj West End is an excellent restaurant, offering delicious food in a uniquely charming setting.
