Check in was a challenge. Getting the “boarding pass” on line based on the link took 45 minutes and multiple calls to the mgmt company. Had to go to another location to get the keys with 2 separate passwords and a set of 6 keys when only 2 were needed. Apartment was very nice, comfortable and clean. Had to get maintenance to set the AC but they came right away. No instructions for the washer/dryer but AI helped a bit. Elevator to the top floor was a nice touch. Electronic locks would be a great addition.
