For your comfort year-round, the apartment features heat and cool air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, and the apartment also includes a washer and dryer, which is very convenient for extended stays. It is a ground-floor unit with a separate entrance, which makes access easier and offers greater privacy, comfort, functionality, and all the amenities of a home.
