Great stay! Very comfortable beds, and an interesting layout with a loft. Host was very responsive & accommodating. AC (even on a 2 hour timer) was life-saving in the summer heat

The hotel was perfect and very central if you want to be near the most elegant area of Madrid. The hotel is located in what was likely a office building or apartments, now transformed into the hotel and other establishments. It was comfortable, very clean and tastefully decorated. The price was reasonable and Id stay again and readily recommend the hotel to friends.

Overall was okay, this is very basic accommodation in a great location. We had to wait for the elevator for a while when we arrived. Small elevator, 2 of us and 2 carry on luggage and 1 big guess tried to join us the elevator was already overloaded he had to get out. It took us to 5th floor to check-in and sent us down to 4th floor to our room. If you have big luggages with you maybe go somewhere else because the room is so small that our carry on luggages had to open on the floor since there is not enough space. Floor was not swept could see crumbs all over the floor. Bedsheet was clean, bathroom is very basic and small but clean. We are not picky people, but we will not come back.

Location is perfect, in the city center in the middle of plaza del sol and plaza de EspaƱa, you almost donā€™t need any transportation, good service and attention, I love the hotel, definitely next time I will stay here.

This hotel is centrally located, thatā€™s the only plus. Itā€™s very small, rooms are very tight. Thereā€™s no space in the bathroom, the shower splashes water everywhere. Itā€™s inside a mixed used building. I wonā€™t recommend it. May be good for a solo traveler for a day.

Great location, not the best service. If you get there before 8:00am, youā€™ll have to wait in the street to check in until they open. Take into consideration that itā€™s a shared building.

It feels like a three-star hotel. Please note that check-in and check-out are not available 24 hours a day. They will tell you the procedure even if no one is there. However, it is better to inform them and communicate in advance. If you are just going to sleep, it is a decent hotel. It was well cleaned. There is no USB type power supply, so a transformer is required. Surprisingly No water was provided.

If youā€™re from North America, when arrive at their street entrance, make sure you *push* the door to open instead of pulling it when they buzz you in!

Sorry but the breakfast was totally inadequate. The room had no coffee maker and staff acted like they had never heard of such a thing. I have traveled extensively and there is always a coffee maker of some sort. They had a product that was supposedly both shower gel and shampoo but nothing else. Staff was less then friendly.
