I received a bed in 6 bed dorm even though I paid for a 4 bed dorm. They wanted to give my money back but until today nothing.

The location is very central, but with that comes a very noisy street. Booked for the air-conditioner, told that it was not an option to turn on, Madrid was over 30c the days we were there, so we slept with the window open, unfortunately letting the noise in all night. The rooms need maintenance, the bathroon and shower were full of mould and smelt mouldy too. They have even tried painting over the grout in the shower with white paint to disguise the black, mould. Worst two nights in Madrid.

Bien pero con ruido

Muy bien la ubicación, y excelente para estar pocas noches, pero hay mucho ruido de la calle precisamente por estar en calles concurridas. Sin embargo, para estadías cortas es genial.

Милый семейный отель в сердце Мадрида!

В Мадрид мы я с дочерью приехали на 3 дня для знакомства с городом! разместились в семейном отеле Rc Miguel Ángel, который находится в самом центре города, в пешей доступности от достопримечательностей Мадрида. Милый и уютный семейный отель с доброжелательными хозяивами. У нас была отдельная комната, мы пользовались кухней со всеми принадлежностями, комнатой для глажки белья. Это была домашняя и уютная обстановка. Вариант мне очень понравился. Кстати цена была очень приемлена. Моя благодарность хозяивам семейного отеля! С уважением, Наталья и Диана (23.08-26.08.2021)

Very welcoming hosts. We stayed in the room with the double bed for couples and were very happy. Good value for the price. Bathroom was ensuite and the shower was very good. Location was right in the centre, therefore it was a little noisy. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

コスパ◎

とにかく場所がいい。ソル、カジャオ、オペラと3つの駅から徒歩5分ほど、マヨール広場やエルコルテ、小さいスーパー、ファストフード店などなんでも近くにある。フロントのおばちゃんおじちゃん(夫婦?)ともフレンドリー(特におばちゃん)。部屋のカードキーと玄関とロッカーの鍵を渡される。デポジットなどの支払いはなかった。タオルは1.5€で借りられるらしい。自分の部屋のベッドにはコンセントの分布に偏りがあった。バスルームは少し窮屈だが清潔。備え付けのボディーソープあり、お湯はよく出た。ベッドの数に対して1つは少なく感じたが、自分が滞在した期間は多くて3人だったので問題なかった。11時から13時までは清掃のため室内に居られないらしいが、バスルームのゴミ箱はリセットされていなかった。朝食無料と口コミで見たが現在はない様子。これだけいい場所にこの安さで泊まれるのはすごい。
