This is actually my second time staying at Petit Palace Plaza Mayor, and I’ve had a great experience both times! The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to the market and all the main sights and attractions I wanted to visit. Another big plus is how quiet it is at night, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep after a busy day exploring. I’ve really enjoyed both of my stays and would happily book here again. Highly recommend!

For how central the location is, it was so quiet in the room. Very clean, the staff were helpful and friendly and the beds were comfy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location- you can literally walk to everything. Great restaurants nearby. Nice and clean hotel and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend especially for first time travellers to Madrid.

Location was perfect just a few steps from Plaza Mayor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and had a good size. What we didn’t like was that the bathroom glass doors did fully reach the ceiling and floor ( there was a gap in between) which is not good when someone uses the bathroom.

Hotel is situated in a super center spot of Madrid. Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol are walking distance, easy access to several metro stations, Staff super friendly and professional. From receptionist to house keepers. Check in process was quick and room assigned on a timely manner. Check out at 12, allowing for enjoying extra time in the city. Breakfast one of the best we’ve ever had staying in breakfast included hotels, fresh, nutritious and very complete.

The hotel was very convenient for us as we met for several tours within a 5 minute walking distance from the property. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage since we arrived before check-in time.

This hotel was a nice stay! It’s very close to plaza mayor! Across also from mercado San Miguel! We could walk everywhere from here! So location was great, staff was very helpful! They even helped us book a flamenco show and it was very affordable and great ! So that was convenient! I absolutely recommend this hotel if you are in a budget!
