If we could score higher we would. Cesar’s apartment had everything you could possibly need. The location was excellent just a block from the Prado and we walked everywhere. To plaza Sol, plaza Mayer, The Royal Palace. There were lots of bars and restaurants in the street and our favourite bakery across the road, yet it was so quiet in the apartment.
The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, the linens on the bed luxurious, the shower was wonderful and never ran out of hot water. Shower wash and shampoo were provided, along with fluffy towels.
We used the washing machine and pegs were supplied. Iron and ironing board.
We used the TV and even was able to watch our shows in English.
Ceasar left a welcome package of milk, orange juice, butter, jams bottled water and cakes and things. The kitchen was equiped with everything you would need if you like to cook.
Check in was a breeze. Ceasar lives in the building so was there to meet us and explain how everything works and where everything is and how to get there. He gave us lots of maps and books and told us about a Toulouse-Lautrec exhibition which we otherwise would have missed.
Having a car space undercover in the same building was definitely a plus for us as well.
The photos don’t do this apartment justice. It is so roomy and modern.
We would definitely recommend it to our friends.
Thank you for everything Cesar.
