出発前の待機場所として利用したので（シャトル含め） その点に関しては　充分機能を果たし　大満足。 早朝　5a.m. の出発なので 料金に含まれた朝食(6時から) は利用出来ず。　「せめてBox lunchは　要りますか？」と　聞いて欲しかった。 上記以外は　「良」です。

シャンプーとボディーソープの違いがわからなかったので、不便でした。表示ラベルがはげていて、コンディショナーだけわかりました。適当に使ってました。 朝食バイキングは、野菜サラダが全くなく、野菜不足になりました。 しかしながら、ハムやソーセージのバリエーションは豊富で、5泊したので5回朝食を取りましたが、概ね満足です。 私は日本人ですからライスを食べたいです。 ５日目にライスがなかったので、シェフにそれを伝えたら、裏からライスを持って来てくれました。 あれは嬉しかったですね！

Shuttle to the airport was nice. Close to metro stop. Was clean and safe and comfortable. Felt overpriced compared to other stays in the city. Was unclear that breakfast wasnt included and i got hunted down hounded by staff early in the morning. Paying that much for a room... breakfast should be included.

The property is a bit dated, and the walkways to the room need to be cleaned. The rooms are adequate and a good value for an overnight stay before you fly out the next day. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The staff is a mix of friendly and too busy to talk to you.

Easy to contact shuttle with response in English they’d be there shortly. Excellent shuttle service there and vac to airport. Nice bed and breakfast great also. I’d stay again.

Es difícil opinar sobre un hotel habiendo estado sólo una noche, pero en general excelente servicio y sobre todo el servicio de transporte del y al aeropuerto Barajas. En los restaurantes cercanos se encuentra excelente comida Madrileña.

I loved the accessibility to the airport. I don't know why they wanted me to check in early for my stay as the check in process was very fast (having not done the pre check in thing). I was confused by the buffet vs ordering for dinner. but i was served excellent food so It doesn't really matter. overall I would definitely recommend and return
