Location is good for attractions, restaurants, and even a laundry. Staff are nice and luggage storage provided. However, one time there was no staff in reception area and a few of customers were stuck in lobby or outside because the auto door stopped working. Later we found the door in the other can open but that means anyone can get into the luggage storage room and steal the luggage. the facility is weird that there was no telephone in my room so we only can go to lobby for requests. Other than that, the property still a pretty good choice.

We did not like how small the room was. Almost no room to place our suitcases on the floor. No other place to put them. Beds were only made with a sheet. It needs a light quilt or blanket. Air conditioner worked great. Shower was great.

Best Place to Ruin your Vacation!

This is the best place in Madrid to start off your vacation with the left foot. This is the most expen$$$ive HOSTAL in Madrid -AIN"T A HOTEL. The JC rooms are claustrophobic, no water, no amenities, and it feels like sleeping in an upgraded casket. The front desk is "run" by one person -it's really a ONE man Hostal show. The final act... we discovered the Hostal double charged our credit card for one extra night. Good luck trying to get your money back :( This people are professional deceivers and there's no hospitality. We suggest to change the name of the hotel to: VR Hostal (Vacation Ruin/Virtual Reality Hostal)

Belles photos qui présagent une chambre spacieuse. A l'arrivée, chambre minuscule, on a du mal à se croiser autour du lit! Salle de bain mini. On paie le lieu, centre de Madrid! Et en plus, ne pas prendre, si la chambre est affichée à 200€ la nuit comme ça nous est arrivé ce vendredi de Pentecôte. Ça ne vaut pas plus de 100€! Le petit déjeuner est à aller prendre au troquet du coin. Il n'est pas servi dans l'hôtel Le personnel est aimable ( il se doit qu'il y soit, à ce prix là ! ) Pour 100 € de plus, on peut dormir dans un bel hotel, avec piscine .

No me dan habitación teniendo reserva confirmada

Tras realizar una reserva a través de hoteles.com, y recibiendo dos correos de confirmación de la reserva, al llegar al hotel para alojarme en la habitación en las horas establecidas para la llegada, y con mi nombre escrito en la lista de reservas del hotel, el personal de recepción me comunica que no me pueden dar la habitación porque no tienen disponibilidad. Tras un largo rato de discusión me explican que no se fían de las reservas desde hoteles.con y que no han considerado la reserva a pesar de estar confirmada. Finalmente y casi a las 12 de la noche me facilitan una habitación en otro hotel al que me tengo que desplazar caminando durante un largo rato. Estoy muy descontento con el hotel JC rooms Santo domingo y han hecho que viva una experiencia muy desagradable en mi primera visita a Madrid.

En general las habitaciones son pequeñas y la relación calidad-precio es mejorable. Limpieza correcta. Bien ubicado. La recepcionista de la mañana no muy amable. Resto de personal muy bien.

No vengas a este hotel.

Un timo absoluto. Se parece más a un hostel para estudiantes que a un hotel. El comedor está en un bar de las cercanías donde tienen un acuerdo. El desayuno de muy baja calidad. No comí nada. Ruidoso. Baño sucio. Quise poner una queja y no tenían hojas oficiales de reclamaciones. Me sacaron una por internet. Pagué 270 € por una noche. Es para cerrarles el hotel. Sinvergüenzas.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour de 4 nuits. Proche centre, bon accueil, propre. Chambre agréable avec décoration atypique, (pour nous c'était Portugal), avec une super douche. Le mini frigo dans la chambre est très appréciable, rempoté de 2 mini bouteilles d'eau offertes tous les jours. Petit-déjeuner dans un café à 50m, sympa également. Bon rapport qualité/prix, à recommander
