This is 1 star hotel, so what do you expect. I got the things for what I paid for. The location is close to everything since this is few steps away from Gran Via and the City centre. So, if you dont like noisy neighborhood, then this is not the place for you.

So close to La Gran Via, public transportation, variety of restaurants and shopping. Confortable bedroom. Clean and quiet, I did not experience any noise as I was expecting based on reviews. Friendly staff helped me to arrange transportation to the airport they also maintain my room clean. šŸ‘

If you are looking for night life this is your place. If you are looking for some rest then no. Great staff, very helpful. However there is a night club right below so they are up partying in the street below our balcony until 8:00 am, every night and morning. The street washing crew came through on our last day and they were forced to leave at 8.

Lo Ćŗnico es que la habitaciĆ³n que paguĆ© era doble y el espacio era muy pequeƱo para dos personas si fuera el caso. SĆŗper segura con entradas reguladas por tarjetas en 3 puntos. Elevador funcionando. MĆŗltiples Ć”reas de tiendas y comida alrededor. Recomendada si quieres un lugar para descansar luego de un dĆ­a ajetreado por Madrid.

La habitaciĆ³n es espaciosa, las toallas no las cambian todos los dias, aunque las dejes en el suelo las vuelven a colgar en el baƱo, me informaron que las cambian dĆ­a por medio. En la cocina no disponen de cafetera solo una mĆ”quina que vende cafĆ© y un hervidor de agua pero sin cafĆ© de cortesĆ­a, tampoco hay tazas para preparar cafĆ©.
