Es un hotel nada agradable , tuvimos que pedir por el agua caliente para ducharnos , no tienen closet las habitaciones , la bañera tupida cuando te duchas, te retiran las llaves cuando sales de la habiatacion y tienes que llamar para que puedas entrar . Muchoo calor en invierno y las personas de la recepcion nada agradables , todos los dias una persona diferente . Sentido general no lo recomiendo a nadie

Misleading Title from Hotels.com

Weren’t expecting a hostel due to the labeling from Hotels.com. Had I been alone or 10 years younger this establishment would have been fine. For the price, however, this was a joke. You can easily stay at the many hotels near Sol for the same price and have 3+ star service.

Mala experiencia, no repetiría

Mala experiencia en general, lo único bueno la ubicación. Pasamos dos noches. Las habitaciones necesitan renovación ya, y los baños son muy antiguos. Las camas incómodas, una incluso se movia y nos dieron una habitación que no era la que habíamos reservado. La atención además no fue agradable. Para nada vale lo que se paga.

On y vient pour l'emplacement

Hôtel bien placé avec un espace pour conserver vos valises. Apres le prix est raisonnable ce qui donne des prestations simple mais l'essentiel y est. Seul gros bemol la douche fonctionnait tres mal (tres froid, tres chaud).

La ubicación es inmejorable, la habitación que tome estuvo muy buena, moderna y bien equipada. El unico punto debil es que rl hostal no tiene espacios comunes solo son un conjunto de habitaciones. Lo demás perfecto

It was in a really good location right on the Main Street. The view was nice as well. The beds were as described. There were ants though. The shower is actually a Tun with a hand held faucet you hold up to shower. The staff keeps your key and only gives it to you while you are in the hotel so you have to wait for them to help you every time you come back. The staff is rude and doesn’t want to help you which often left us waiting at the front door pushing the door bell many times even though we could hear her hanging out with her friend. Then she hardly acknowledged us and was rude with us for pushing the button multiple times.

A short one-night stay. A very central location, at Gran Via, also close to Cibeles. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Room and the hostal was ok for a short stay.

How to loose a guest returning.

Staff most welcoming, however when checking in, I was given a room on the 1st floor which implied going up through difficult stairs. I was told I would be moved the following day because as I stayd a few nights, they felt I should have a more spacious room. When coming down, I requested the receptionist to allocate me a room on the lower floor as the stairs were tortuous and I have a bad knee. She replied that the lower room were kept for long stay guests. I did not reply.
