Room was very clean and well kept. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very courteous and and speak English fluently. They provide airport shuttle on time and the driver was equally polite and friendly.

The room was clean but very small. Air conditioning didn’t really cool our room because the sun was beating down in the large window. Drape was shut and it was a black out drape but didn’t really help. Pool was good, very cold but refreshing. Location was good close to airport and that was why we stayed there due to very early flight.

The location is relatively close to the airport. The hotel staff is nice and informative. The single room is clean but rather small and walls are made of paper. The hotel was supposed to have an airport tranfer but for one or other reason I did not get the pick up or drop off. There is a bus 200 that stops a km from the hotel.

The hotel is approxmently 10 minutes walk from the Metro station (which takes approximately 40 minutes to reach the City Centre) & coach station. This involves crossing a daul carriageway and roundabout, crossing at the traffic lights. Hotel is in Zone A of the transport system. Transport passes are a must if you are not driving. There are two bus stops very close by (pne is 2 minute walk) & take you to the nain transport terminal for buses and Metro). Buses are very frequent. The hotel is situated in a quite residential area, with only the hum from the daul carriageway shattering the noise. From my room, I could not hear the daul carriageway, but could sometimes hear the neighbours next door and the maid's hoover outside. Breakfast was continental and did not change from one day to the next. However, you can do around several times. There are two coffees machines inside the dinning room and one outside in the conservatory (linked to the dinning room) Free airport shuttles from the hotel, only operate in the morning. Anyother time can be arranged for a fee. The transfer needs to be booked at least a day in advance. I found the bathroom a bit small abd cramped considering the room size Airport & hotel can be reached using the local buses and Metro. Reception staff speak good English. Not so, with some of the staff looking after the dinning room. However, they do try to help and understand you.

The room was very clean albeit a little small. A perfect room for a short stay in Madrid! The ac worked great too. The staff was friendly and the building for our room was just a short walk away from the main building. It is all secure and feels very safe. The hotel is also located pretty close to the airport which was nice! The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast phenomenal. The pool was also great -I will say it does not have a deep end and is a little small, but it feels great in the heat and is located on the roof which is very cool. We were the only ones up there but if there were even two other groups at the pool it would have been crowded -again this is on the roof so I understand why it is small in size but I think it’s a great amenity!

Did not see where the air conditioning was. The staff was very friendly and helped me at 2am. It was easy to get to from the airport. I would only stay here to be close to the airport. One night was enough since it was an overnight layover and was convenient. It took about an hour via metro/bus to get to the city center and was around $2-$5 depending on transfers etc. it was a 10 minute walk to metro and it was lit at night. It felt relatively safe Would come back for an overnight layover. Wish there was hair conditioner as well but i guess its standard not to have it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The place was clean and smelled lovely at all times, which we truly appreciated. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also discovered only on the last day that the bus stop is very close to the hotel, which makes getting around really convenient. The airport shuttle service does not operate on Sundays. Highly recommended!

The pool is out of order, there is no free shuttle on the weekend. The reception closes at 11PM excepted on fridays, (but it is not advertised anywhere). The wifi has poor connexion. The breakfast buffet closes at 10 and there is no food available after that. Other than that, it is convenient, not far from the airport and pretty cheap for a night!

Overall it was very good. But the breakfast is very poor the bread has been left out even the sliced bread was dry on the crust the cheese and meat looked has if it had also just been left out from the previous day them cheese had gone dry on the edges the looked as if it was on the verge of being off the colour was not great. The fresh fruit was the same. Breakfast is not value for money imo.
