The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware and utensils, so you can feel at home while preparing your favorite meals.
The apartment has two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and another with a shower. We provide shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and towels so you can travel light.

It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
