GREAT
The apartment is very well located. The furniture is the strict minimum. The lights in the ceiling are cool white, like in hospital, it takes a lot away from the apartment. The paint on the walls needs refreshing. We had a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom, the managers reacted very quickly.

Great location in Madrid
We greatly enjoyed the simple and well appointed apartment in the Madrid Centro! Location is outstanding with beautiful views of the Madrid skyline, Gran Via and Callao Plaza below! Easy walking to many of Madrid’s famous sites and restaurants. Metro access is right outside the building. This apartment was a great find for our stay in Madrid! Thank you!

Nos encantó el apartamento. Muy limpio, central, bien equipado y unas vistas espectaculares de la Plaza Callao y el Skyline madrileño. Como es en un piso alto y las ventanas tienen buen aislamiento no se siente casi el ruido externo a no ser las sirenas. Eso mismo aísla también del frío. Quedamos encantados. Pensamos volver! Just the best !! So stop looking! Due to my professionalism (travel guide), I traveled to many different countries from Kuba to Thailand and stayed in hundreds of different types of accommodation from hostels to 5-star resorts. So this is great value for money, with location, elegance etc. The only minus is; it's so central we couldn't see the Madrid underground metro even though it's opposite this property :-) walking distance everywhere, very comfortable apartment, with great equipment, even Netflix options on your TV, etc if your looking are to a private entrance apartment with elegant modern furniture, definitely very clean, great view, don't hesitate to book that. And enjoy the great view of Plaza del Callao and the Madrid.

Muy limpio con todo lo necesario. A nosotras nos coincidió la fachada en obras pero aún así las vistas eran increíbles.
La cama es comodísima y estuvimos muy a gusto.
Una comunicación rapidísima con los encargados del piso y muy resolutivos.
Un verdadero placer alojarnos allí!
