The staff was friendly and the room and location were excellent. Unfortunately, I was met with pretty consistent noise at all hours of the day and night, including from outside through the closed window, as well as from the staff in the halls. I was awoken and kept up, and a couple times thought there were people in my room from the staff's louder musings in the hall.

Best walkable location in the Sol. A little noisy at night, but that made it more exciting. Very safe location located 1 min from police station. We only used a taxi one time over a four days and three nights.

The mattress is the best if you want to rest! It is in the busiest zone in Madrid but the room was really quiet. You are 5 min from Sol and Gran Via and 30 min by foot everywhere.

Very convenient location. Beds were average for the area (i.e. two singles). Hotel was clean and cleaning services were offered daily. Staff were very nice, understood English and had our room ready when we arrived a couple hours early. Only issues to flag were that the shower was small and had an intrusive accessibilty bar that made showers uncomfortable and that the hotel was locked after 12:30am

Anytime again

Thanks to the kind and helpful staff. Excellent location to explore Madrid, spacious clean rooms, great amenities. Expect some noise in the evening caused by excellent location 😊 though.

Very central hotel, clean and friendly staff

I am strongly recommend this hotel, it’s very central between Puerta del Sol and Gran vie. Tube are walking distance. Breakfast was ok. Thanks Carmen ( receptionist) to advise us the flamenco night walking distance from the hotel. Staff at the hotel were very friendly.

The property was good just in terms of location because it was in the downtown and close to the metro stations, but it was very noisy and crowded even at midnight. In terms of room conditions, the one I had was on the last floor and it had just a small window with a sharp and angular roof making it very unpleasant. Also, it was very dark and I had just two lamps in my room which was not enough after 8 pm.

Great Location, Great Staff. I Love Madrid.

I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and although she had to answer a phone call I waited patiently in reception and she apologised for the inconvenience. Smooth check in, hotel in fantastic location in between Sol and Gran Via. I would stay here again. I was here for Atletico v Real football match but i cannot remember much as I was drinking Rioja all day. The locals always have a smile on their face and I cannot wait to go back to this great city. The cleaners where also happy to help with bottles of water every morning. Would probably stay here again. Book with confidence. I love Madrid.
