Best Western Executive Hotel Of New Haven - West Haven

"Staff were nice, check in, and check out was very easy. Shower could be updated but not bad. TV was the worse, did not work well/only very few channels that came in. Good hotel for if you just want a place to rest your head and get some sleep. (Be careful if you are a light sleeper because certain rooms are behind the elevators and tend to be noisy even with bathroom separating it.) I personally enjoyed the room next/behind the elevators :) parking was pretty packed but not completely full (we stayed on a week day)."

"The hotel had a good vibe and energy! Lots of artwork and was very charming. It has a bed and breakfast feel to it. The parking is behind the hotel and free and convenient. It’s right on Main Street and walking distance to all restaurants and bars. The staff especially James was warm and friendly and accommodating. We had a great time checking out all the cool lounge areas in the hotel. The room was clean and charming as well. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Greenport"

"I only booked one night as I was traveling through from PA to NH. They telephone didn't work in my room, but I really didn't need it. The staff does not greet you when you walk in the door or up to the desk. Everything in my room was good and clean except for the chair and stool, it need to be shampooed. Breakfast was really good. It was a hot breakfast and you can make your own waffle."
