This is a lower level of our house. We live upstairs. This unit has a separate entrance. Let us know what else you need!!! Here is what we offer: Full floor with private entrance, Queen Bed, Full Bathroom with extra large jetted bathtub, full kitchen with gas range, microwave, full fridge, dishwasher, RO water filter. Theater with options to stream from your phone. Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos on TV. Multiple sitting arrangements, dinning table. Complementary coffee.

Two of us stayed and spent the whole time sewing. The property actually was perfect for all of our "equipment." The only negative thing about our stay was the residents upstairs were very noisy walking and running around upstairs.

Lovely Choice

This is a basement apartment in a gorgeous neighborhood. Took us about 25 minutes to get into the campus area, which we came to see. Great WiFi, we worked during tne day, house was quiet. Comfortable bed, sofa couch, and large bathroom. It was cool but there are portable heaters that were perfect. Close to a grocery store. Also, Gus’s Diner was minutes away and had very nice food. Great pizza close by too. House is next to an open space, saw cranes and goldfinches. Great place to stay. Hosts helpful and attentive. All around great option!

Great Property!

The location of this property is perfect: near a bunch of shopping and downtown Sun Prairie, and a straight shot into Madison. The space was great, clean, spacious, and all the amenities you need for a week or a weekend. We will definitely be coming back!

Loved it here !

Very spacious, modern, quiet location, good lighting, comfortable bed, ample fridge space. We saw cranes, blue herons, deer, colorful small birds, hares in the open natural area next to the unit. Very relaxing. Active and lively host family living above unit did not bother us; very accommodating and helpful when needed. Great wagon for transporting luggage to rear entrance. Easy access to unit from street. Stayed two weeks and would do it again another time.

Fair princes with new listing discount

Generally comfortable. But it was not the best situation to have to to walk through the snow and down the slop to the back of the entrance. Fortunately, it was only a thin layer of snow yet it can be slipery nontherless.
