The Space: The space is fully updated with brand new flooring, and appliances, and boasts trendy furnishings!
Guest Access: Guest will receive an access code to enter the unit 1 day before their check-in. Guest may park in the back lot or utilize street parking. Please note that street parking is not free on Saturdays.
The Neighborhood: This unit is located on the square in downtown Sun Prairie and is walkable to shopping, dining and is right across the street from a local coffee shop!
Getting Around: Many taxi services, including major ride shares such as Lyft and Uber are available.
Other Things to Note: Ample street parking available for use. On Saturdays in the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) there will be a farmers market setting up in the morning. You will not be able to park in front of the patio on Friday nights/Saturday mornings.
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cannery Square. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with anything you need! We enjoyed walking the short walk to Beans N Crème Coffeehouse in the morning to grab breakfast. Great location!
We booked this for a funeral and were very happy with the accomidations. Clean, modern, comfortable. Great communication with property manager when we had a question, even late at night.
This was a very nice, clean, quiet stay. Communication with my host Chris Gantz was easy, with quick responses. Bed was Comfy, Living room furniture a bit uncomfortable for me but NOT a deal breaker for future stays. I would highly recommend!
Location was convenient to Madison for our trip for the Alabama Wisconsin game. Located in downtown Sun Prairie, it was a cute apartment in a quiet area. About 30 minutes from Madison, local shopping and eating. Chris answered messages quickly, checked on us throughout the stay and kept us informed when it came time to check out. Would stay here again
Nice, clean apartment to say in. The unit is centrally located and within walking distance to a couple of restaurants, including Salvatore's Pizza! Definitely check it out if you're in the area. Communication with the property manager was very good with very fast responses for any questions we had during our stay.
we utilized this space for a friends road trip from out of town. it was perfect for us. kitchen was a great amount of space, lots of sleeping areas, storage, two very spacious bathrooms, and a private entrance. parking was easy and very close to town. will absolutely be renting again
The unit was perfect for our visit of our new granddaughters. Having a kitchen and laundry area was very useful after getting caught in the rain! Chris was very responsive to any of my concerns. We have already booked this unit for 3 weeks from now!!
It was a well kept property that was very clean. The only confusing part about checking in was there is an old key box on the wall as well as a code entry door lock. We arrived in the dark so we did not see the code entry door lock and tried to gain entry by inputting the sent code into the key box on the wall. (Of course, it did not work.) However, once we realized our mistake, we easily gained entry using the code entry door lock. My daughter lives in area and I think we will stay again!
My son-in-law, his brother and I flew up for the Badgers/Buckeyes football game at Camp Randall. The Cannery Square Condo was less than 30 minutes from the stadium and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend Sir Hobo's for breakfast. The name might throw you off but the food and prices are Five Stars! The condo was clean and well equipped. I would have given our stay 5 stars but for two reasons. We were awaken at 6AM on Saturday morning after a late arrival on Friday night by a police officer who was looking for the owner of a car that was parked just out front of the condo (not our car) that was posted, No Parking on Saturdays between 5AM-11AM for a farmers market! We saw the sign and parked in the rear of the condo. The bunk bed in the second bedroom might be okay for kids, but was squeaky and not the best for adults. We saw the pictures of the bunk bed and was okay with it but did not know about the squeaking, just saying! With all that, Chris was a great host, was easy to contact and would stay at his condo again.

We were in town for a wedding, and this spot perfectly met our needs. The Saturday morning farmer’s market was a pleasant surprise. Quite enjoyed downtown Sun Prairie!
We stayed 1 night at this location for the Shania Twain concert at the Kohl Center. Chris was great to work with, we arrived a few hours earlier and we were able to check in early which was much much appreciated. The place is very clean, probably bigger than we needed with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a huge closet, would be great for a long stay as well. There was a great bar/restaurant right down the road within walking distance, The Nitty Gritty, and we had a delicious breakfast and coffee at Beans and Cream that was right across the parking lot. Nice town, nice stay, nice host, overall a great stay!
We were in town for family gatherings and being pressed for time we chose not to engage with host. The master bathtub was filthy. The shower curtain was moldy and cruddy. We washed and dried the towels before we used them. The bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows. It appeared the unit wasn't even vacuumed as we found pieces of food on the carpet and sofa in the living room. The AC fan was so loud we couldn't hear the TV. And the TV in the master bedroom was inoperable.
We traveled in October, and there is a nice courtyard park just outside that was holding a fall festival - my kids really enjoyed being able to walk to the festival. Additionally, there were several stores, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance, and not too far of a drive to Madison. There were a couple of hiccups at check-in but there was good communication from owner and issues were quickly resolved.
Great property, we'd stay here again!
