"Excellent stay! Starting with Abhilash as the bell boy, Clara Marylyn and team at the reception, the service is 5⭐️ The breakfast spread is very different. Fresh and delicious. The personalized service by Baphi Rezie and Lylen. Chef Saleem personally spoke to us and all of the restaurant staff made sure that our stay was exceptional. House keeping was prompt and efficiently maintained and we had our laundry done super clean and fast. The Courtyard Mariott is very conveniently located to the World Trade Ctr which gives access to shopping malls, food court, cinema etc which is an ideal place for families with children. Even though their lobby area may be small (compared to some other hotels) not to mention a visit to the Grand Palace Hotel which has the luxury style and finess, the Courtyard Mariott is cosy friendly and offers an excellent personalized experience! "The hotel is in the best location, easy to reach many places by foot, public transport or taxi. The checkin process was smooth and my room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was varied although very busy at times. The helpful staff made up for the crowd, as they were patient and attentive. I would definitely recommend the Marriott Downtown when visiting Abu Dhabi. "

"The apartment is advertised as a luxury one-bedroom, but the actual conditions do not meet that description. Check-in instructions were not provided in advance and communication was delayed; I had to arrive without clear guidance. Once on site, the check-in itself was quick and the staff member was friendly. Inside the apartment, only one bath towel was provided, with no hand towels or kitchen towels. There was no iron, ironing board, kettle, or basic kitchen cleaning supplies such as a sponge or dish soap. There were no frying pans available. The bed linen was made of synthetic material. The internet connection was unstable. I also observed cockroaches inside the cupboard near the washing machine as well as in the bedroom wardrobe. Overall, these conditions are very far from the concept of a luxury apartment and do not meet standard expectations for this type of listing. "
