「The rising phoenix or Akuma Village (how the locals call it) is a simple and lovely Place to stay. The Beach is just 1 Min away. The Staff is verry kind and the food is fresh & excellent. It is a place where you can feel a lot of Love amongst the people. We had the luck to participate at a Reggae Soundsystem Dance with local artists to proof their talents. What a Vibration and high Energy!

「We stayed an extra two days due to a delay in travel plans. This time we moved into a smaller villa that was just as great as our first. The hot tin was wonderful and the food was great. We are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!」

「Fantastic property, grand mansion with loads of well manicured flowers, trees, plants. Very magnificent pool, alfresco dinning front terrace, tje front room was rustic with a good mix of african art, furniture & artifacts. You feel at home immediately you set your feet in.
