No smoking! No fireworks! No over drinking leading to vomiting! Extra fees apply found in the contract if a rule is broken.
We don’t have trash service. Take trash to the dump (1837 Wise Five Forks Rd).
Hours: M/T/Th/Sat 7:30am-6:30pm, Sun 2:30pm-6:30pm, W/F closed.
Notify us ASAP if something is broken or lost so we can fix the problem before the next renter. Don’t wait until check-out.
