「We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car.
