"We were in room 330 paid over 500£ to look at bins!. The noise early morning or late at night was annoying. People/staff chatting around this area. Curtain in bedroom ripped. Plugs near the bed were round not normal 3pin sockets. Fan in bathroom use to turn on randomly and it rattled all the time. When we checked in receptionist was rude. Gentleman who was with her was lovely and all the waiters/bar staff were great. When I had to speak to reception again 2 ladies this time, I waited 10...
