「Beautiful house and beautiful grounds. Nice views of the lake. Could spend hours enjoying the view from the front porch. Great kitchen and common areas. The host was gracious and accommodating and responded to every message within minutes. Highly recommended.」

「This was a nice home for our family and friend group. My husband and I were in town to see George Strait in Jacksonville. Our childcare plans had to change and we brought our daughter and had a friend meet us with her family to watch her. The host was accommodating and understood the situation. The place was clean and had plenty of space for our last minute addition. The pool was BIG hit with the kids. Getting them out almost made us late for checkout!!! Much nicer than any hotel I have stayed...

「12 of our family stayed, 8 adults and 4 under 18. The house was safe in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find, well stocked, clean, and spacious. The back room was so peaceful! The electricity went off in the neighborhood while there but this was no fault of the owner's, she was quick to respond and it wasn't off long. Grateful for a relaxing home to borrow for a few days! Plan to return again!」

「Nice neighborhood, clean house! house is great for babies and toddlers. Has a crib and bassinet, bouncy seat, floor toys for babies and many toys for toddlers. Even had a child lock on the cabinet under the sink in the kitchen. House was well stocked with all the soaps and paper items one typically uses. They kindly provided a few snacks, tea and coffee. We were only there one night so we didn’t fully utilize the kitchen to know how well stocked it was, definitely had plenty of plates and...

「I must say the pictures don’t do the property justice. It’s very spacious and beautiful. My family and I came from NC for my niece graduation and the location of this home to the school was perfect. The property owner stayed in contact with us and encouraged us to reach out for any questions or concerns. I enjoyed having a space outside my 2yr could run about. We all enjoyed our stay.」

「The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert.」

「It was great, easily accessible from JAX. We only used as a crash pad, beds were comfortable. It’s a work in progress but that is reflected in the price. Neighbourhood rooster gave a laugh every morning. I have nothing bad to say about our stay.」
