Everything was amazing! Great place, great staff, great hotel 💗 Just consider the 200 steps at the entrance (specially for people with mobility or joints issues). But they're not too bad, there are benches where you can pause and staff will be very helpful with your luggage

Dining wait staff was terrible. Always out of food! Had to always ask for room service. Arranged for RT shuttle service & no one picked us up. Van broke down on way to airport on departure. The diving was the only thing good!

Although the staff were accommodating, the whole stay was rather inconvenient. There were no restaurants or places to eat nearby and when asked if we can order from the restaurant, the staff said, “we don’t have any funds to stock up on food so we have to go to the market first and buy ingredients.” It’s also like a ghost town as there were no other people, no activities, and the main lobby was not lighted. It seemed as if the resort is about to close down for business or is unavailable for accommodation.

Für ein Familien Urlaub ist nicht empfehlenswert. Für die Taucher es geht, man muss trotzdem mit einen Boot wo anders hin fahren. Kann man auch an anderen hotel machen, weil Altamare dive resort haben ca.250 Treppen Stufe. Unmöglich das es nicht erwähnt, an die Plattform über dieses hotel. Unterkunft und Sterne für Familien Urlaub ist nicht gut.

Place is now more welcoming

I am happy to find out that the rude asst. head is no longer connected with them. I stopped going to this hotel as the guy doesnt seem to care about the guests concern, in fact my car got scratches and he never bothered to investigate nor gave an update he'd always give you negative response and often times not responsive to queries. They also have better choice of food. Staff are friendly and linens are clean. Best of all its the only pet friendly resort in the area. We could have stay longer if internet is working well and we can actually work remotely and my son can attend online school. but overall we had a pleasant stay.
