Wir waren mit 9 Personen da. Leider mussten wir bei der Anmeldung 300€ vor bezahlen, Servicegebühr. Es wurde uns erklärt das wäre für die Endreinigung. Bei der Buchung hieß es von Belvilla: Endreinigung inbegriffen. Das war leider nicht so. Eine bessere Kommunikation wäre angebracht. Das Haus an sich war schön eingerichtet aber leider nicht sehr sauber. Es lag viel Staub auf Fensterbänken und Lampen, eine Toilette war gar nicht geputzt und sehr verunreinigt, das gleiche galt auch für die Bdewanne. Von der Toilettenbürste möchte ich gar nicht reden. Das darf bei 300€ Endreinigung nicht sein!!! Wir haben den Zustand reklamiert und zumindest die Badewanne und die Toilettenbürste wurden gereinigt bzw. ausgetauscht. Die Toilette hatten wir schon selber geputzt.
