「Food was good but our room and bathroom were infested with bees. We were not told that drinks at dinner time had to be paid. So it was surprising to see a check after a cup of juice. Something was hitting our walls the entire night so we could barely sleep. But the view and atmosphere were nice.」

「Fully recommended」

「Good property we’ve stayed at for years. Love everything but the food. Great place for the money and really close to the game park. We take a group of almost 30 people there every year.」

「Without a doubt, one of the best camps I have ever stayed at! Mara Major camp made our visit to the Masai Mara as special and unforgettable as it could be. It’s a unique ecolodge that works closely with the Maasai community, making your stay meaningful and allowing you to directly support the local community. Another highlight is that the guides are Maasai, and their incredible knowledge of the land and animal behavior leads to unforgettable wildlife encounters. The game drives were truly as...

「Like it」

「I've been to Mara a few times, this is truly one of the best places to stay. I believe it's a new camp - excellent location, close to the main gate but also in the nature to make it feel like you're within the park. The views are breathtaking, one of the best sunsets I've ever seen! Good, cozy vibes as well, the staff is so friendly. You're basically in the middle of the Mara nature. Also, I highly recommend the nature walk! Get to see so many animals around (we saw giraffes, zebras,...

「The staff and facilities here are wonderful. If you’re looking for a budget friendly safari, this is it. However, be prepared, there is no WiFi and the meals are limited. Other things like soda, beer, etc, cost extra. It takes some time for the hot water to come in, so start your shower about 10-15 minutes before you actually take one. You also need to book a Safari driver outside of this tented camp, which we had.」

「Chambre agréable et propre Cuisine excellente」
