"We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The rooms were large and very clean. We also enjoyed the restaurant/bakery adjacent to the property. Of course the Malecon is wonderful. "

"We loved having a window that could be opened to the tropical air, then closed to run the air conditioning, which made it very comfortable to sleep. We appreciated the location in the less noisy part of the Malecon, and the close proximity to the wonderful vibrant public markets, plus the delightful art museum. Our favorite activity was to explore the streets up from the beach where the local residents went about their business while tourists like us packed the Malecon. Breakfast was a disappointment. Basically, ordinary food and quite expensive compared to local restaurants in the residential areas. Consequently we had just one meal in the hotel. The view from the dining room was spectacular, too bad the food discouraged us from returning."
