「Brilliant stay. Lovely couple. Very hospitable. Couldn't do enough to make your stay comfortable. Made you feel at home and very welcome. Accommodation lovely. Very comfortable, clean and modern. Close walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shops. We didn't have breakfast but looked lovely. 」

「Five star service from start to finish. Lukas and Andrea contacted us on the day to ask our time of arrival and we’re waiting as we arrived. We had a family room which was actually 2 connecting rooms. One with a double bed and one with triple bunks. The double mattress was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was absolutely spotless. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with proper mugs (not tiny cups) which was a bonus. The cooked breakfast was delicious...

「7日滞在して、たった一度もベッドメイキングをしてくれませんでした。 タオルも一度も代えてくれませんでした！ ゴミは、2度だけ回収がありましたが、ゴミ箱が満杯になっていました。 毎日ルームクリーニングする、と書いてあったけど、嘘でしたね。 朝食については、ビュッフェ形式で食べやすかったです。でも、9:00~9:45の間だけだったので、不便です。」

「The staff were great. Had a really good salad. Nice pub and restaurant area But, the room needed a good paint. Shower needs the mould cleaned off to and the worst part was the mattress Thankfully i got an extra duvet to use as a "topper" to try and get a few hours sleep in」

「 The guy who ran the place was very helpful nothing was to much trouble, helped us with directions and an issue we had. Reasonably priced for what you get, beds were comfortable and we slept well. Parking at the rear of the property was a nice bonus.」

「Fabulous Hotel to stay in. Super friendly Staff, very clean and tidy everywhere, plenty of Tea, Coffee, Sugar and milk, didn't have to ask for a refill. Super location for Tower, Winter Gardens, Shops and Sea Front. Just perfect. Breakfast is amazing with lots of choice. Highly recommended. 」
