「The accomodation was easy to find and the instructions for self check in were good. When calling to confirm the booking they didn’t answer the phone, I called at 3 different times of day. The towel rail in the bathroom was also falling off the wall. The tea and coffee sachets were old and melted together in a dirty container.」

「I liked the relaxed and informal atmosphere. My first sight of the laundry looked like a junkyard of broken and rusting machines, but to their credit there was a transformation with the junk removed and replaced with new and gleaming machines.」

「Friendly staff, clean property, great location, everything you need is at the hotel; bar, restaurant, breakfast, room service. Minor down side; Pool could do with a revamp in some areas. Restaurant menu could be a little better. Lobby carpets do need replacing but this didn’t affect my over stay, i would be more than happy to stay here again.」

「 The location was great, and the view from my room was beautiful. The room itself was spacious, and I loved the scent of the amenities. The only issue was the Wi-Fi — it didn’t work right after check-in, so I had to call the help desk, and even after it was fixed, the connection was not only very slow but also kept dropping out. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, but since the Wi-Fi wasn’t stable and it affected my work quite a lot, I might have to think twice before staying again unless it...
