Eco-friendly features, renewable energy sources (solar powered water heater). Ground floor: living room, kitchen. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (double bed) (2 single bunks + single bed), bathroom/WC. Attic (single bed). Card-operated mobile phone. Central heating (+40€/week from Mid-october to late April), outside room with shared tumble drier. Terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, sunbeds, many shared open spaces. Charge for pet: 15€/day.
