Located in the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon, 7 min by walk from Part-Dieu train station, this bright studio can accommodate up to 2 people. Close to shops and transports, this refurbished flat is perfect in order to visit Lyon.

This spacious and sunny flat located on the 1st floor with elevator, consists of a living space of 21 sq. m and includes :
- a pleasant living space with comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hot plates, dish-washer, fridge),
- vacuum cleaner, household products, washing machine, hair-dryer, ironing equipment, wardrobe, fan,
- TV and WI-FI.
