Beau studio a côté d'un beau parc

Tout l'équipement nécessaire était fourni (frigo, tv, bouilloire, sèche cheveux, sachets thé et café, éponge neuve, gel douche, serviettes, draps et oreiller confortable comme la literie). Salé de sport au RDC en accès libre. Beau parc pour marcher plus d'une heure ou pour courrir en face, Bon restaurant (brasserie Le Loup) a 100 mètres. La personne de l'accueil est sympathique et présente du lundi au vendredi jusque 17h. Il y a un coffre as l'extérieur et on reçoit le code pour récupérer les clés avant notre arrivée.

Studio confortable et propre ce qui est très agréable. Mobilier correct . La seule chose est le remplacement peut-être plus fréquent des casseroles et poeles (rayés) et remplacer les plaques mais sinon résidence vraiment calme et propre .

Chambre confortable avec dans le couloir un coin cuisine. Petits bemol, la salle de bain avec des toiles d'araigne et une marche carrelé de plus de 30cm pour monter dansme bac. Tres glissant. Le bureau qui tiens en equilibre.om ne faut pas s'accouder dessus. A part ca, ils sont tres accueillant. S'est calme. Donc un bon sejour. Je reviendrai

Accessible en voiture, place pour se garer, rapport qualite prix imbattable, studio nickel. Franchement top. Seul hic il faut 40 min pour rejoindre lyon (15km) mais pas imputable a l'établissement

Bonne résidence malgré des résidents indélicats

Hélas quelques résidents fument aux fenêtres sans se rendre compte que la fumée monte et dérange les autres quand il fait chaud et que les fenêtres sont ouvertes.

Mon arrivée s'est faite tardivement dû a un retard de train et jai apprécié la facilité de recupération des clés et des informations transmises par message. En revanche je n'ai pas pu joindre ni voir de personnel pour les rendre et régler la chambre le matin de mon départ (appel vers 9h30) ce qui est un peu déroutant...tout le reste s'est très bien passé Merci

un établissement extrêmement agréable

Très bon accueil( merci infiniment pour cette gentillesse! ) , le studio s’est révélé pratique et agréable à vivre, calme, pour un séjour studieux , c’est parfait! Bien sûr, l’environnement ( magasins, restos) est d’une tristesse affligeante si on n’est pas motorisé, mais le petit déjeuner disponible à la résidence est extrêmement copieux. Je reviens en juillet sans aucune inquiétude, merci!

Great place to stay for a romantic getaway. The room had basic amenities, but enough to be comfortable. The room was clean, ready on time, and overall, great price/quality ratio

Hotel très bien placé à 20 mètres de l'école vétérinaire. Avoir une voiture est indispensable car il n'y a pas grand chose en terme de restauration à Marcy l'Etoile. Il faut aller sur Lyon.
