「I’ve stayed in a lot of great VRBOs, but this is the most spotless house I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! Not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere, and perfectly appointed and orderly. Beautiful view and private, but right off of Rte 29. Only 30 minutes from Charlottesville with many wineries and great places to eat in between. Jamie was responsive and flexible. 「The stay was amazing. For being on a farm, the place is virtually spotless. Very clean. Super easy check in. The easiest check in ever. Lisa is a great host and you reallt feel welcomed. She knows a ton about each horse as well. The house was cool. You could easily communicate with each other anywhere in the house with a light yell but yet had enough space to relax. 「The house is old but looks newly painted inside. It boasts a good size kitchen, dining room and 4 double bedrooms. There is a first floor bedroom if someone can’t walk the stairs. We used the screened side porch a lot and the hot tub every night. The only thing needed to enjoy outside hot tub are lights for the stairs to the deck. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway and 20 minutes from Charlottesville. 」

「10/10 stay! This place blew us away. The photos really don’t do it justice. We rented the Upper Barn for our wedding weekend and hosted our rehearsal dinner welcome party here, and it was perfect. 「Was a perfect location being close to many wineries and breweries. Beautiful Mountain View as we enjoyed breakfast. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Trying to find firewood took a couple phone calls but the IGA near wintergreen had plenty. Only a 15 min drive. 」
