「I stayed whilst on holiday to Cyprus I really liked how close it was to the bus stop which will get you to Nicosia, ayia Napa and limasoll I found it very easy to find if you are coming from the airport bus 425 drops you off at st Helena church go through the churches gate you will find a lift on the concourse take it to the third floor collect your keys there is also a good discount supermarket across the road I definitely would stay here again 」

「Was clean and quiet, but you must to have auto」

「Sold as 'entire apartment', but it is anything BUT! You have a tiny room entirely taken up by the bed, and EVERYTHING ELSE IS SHARED! And not guests, but long term residents who were cooking fish when I arrived (I smelt it the moment the lift door open - which also stank of very recently burned cigarette smoke!), along with doing mounds of laundry (strewn all over the 'kitchen' floor!). The balcony was full of ashtrays full of cigarettes, but I was just generally shocked by the whole thing........

「It’s a two bedroom flat a short walking distance from the beach. My stay would have been pleasant if a lot of construction work didn’t happen in the building as of May 2024. Because of that noise I only stayed one night. You can also hear traffic in the street and occasionally sounds from a massage place in the building. The sound from the street was expected because of the big windows. The bathroom needs an upgrade, especially the toilet. The address provided by the host is wrong. The number...

「Tolles Studio inmitten der Altstadt.Lage Top,alles leicht zu Fuß oder mit den Bussen erreichbar.Mini Markt, div. Take away in 3min zu erreichen. Wir wurden vorweg per Mail vom Vermieter über alles Interessante informiert.Direkt hinter der Lazarus Kirche, Abfahrt Airport Bus, alle 20 min. Würde es sofort wieder buchen ! Manuela Österreich 」

「La personne sue l’annonce dit autre chose que l appartement entièrement arrivé là bas une chambre après la toilette à l’extérieur en plus de ça la difficulté pour trouvé la clé ,je recommande pas au gens dallez la bas car très danger au finale j’ai pris un autre hôtel avec tout le condition que je voulais.j’ai payé en avance cette hôtel il savais pourquoi il font payé les gens en avance pasque leur hôtel ou appartement ne pas dans le bonne.je ne jamais serjoune la bas 」

「Die Unterkunft ist in einem kleinen Dorf gelegen und liegt zwischen Larnaca und Limassol, sodass man mit dem Auto diese zügig ansteuern kann. Die Räumlichkeiten waren gepflegt und haben insgesamt überzeugt. In fußläufiger Nähe gibt es eine Taverne und ein MiniMarkt, sodass man grds nicht aus Tochni müsste, um das nötigste einzukaufen. Strände sind mit dem Auto in circa 15-20 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze vorhanden. Als Ausflugstipp empfehle ich die Donkey Farm, die in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu...

「This apartment has so much potential, but it's been neglected over several years, and is uncomfortable. We didn't enjoy our stay. The only plus points are the balcony, the location, and the spacious size of the apartment. Kitchen sink - no hot water, only one of the taps worked. Cooker - no rails in the oven, no oven trays. This meant you couldn't use the oven, not even to heat a pizza. I assume this was deliberate to avoid cleaning costs. But it's unfair on the customers who want to cook at...

「The apartments are generally cool. However, there were 3 strange facts. The first after booking and paying for the apartment the owner contacts us and says that they are occupied and will exchange them for others there. We were scared. The second - the owner of the apartment offered us a lower price than we paid. We were scared again. Third, we didn’t find how to contact the homeway service itself to resolve questions and clarify information.」

「Good value for money , however there was no conact details for the property and the number provided didnt work. Very hard place to find and could do with a pest control visit for the cockroaches」

「Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk. 」

「Schönes, modernes Appartement wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus allerdings ist alt und abgewohnt. Es wohnen dort halt einheimische Menschen aller Couleur, was ja auch einen gewissen Reiz hat. Die Umgebung ist nichts besonderes, die Hauptstraße hörbar. Die zentrumsnahe Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten von der touristischen Marina entfernt, ist ein großes Plus. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.」

「We loved everything, the place, the convenience and the decoration. We were 10 people (two families) and we had to book three apartments out of four; but we ended up having the entire space for ourselves as no one lived in the fourth apt.」

「ビーチや、日帰りで行けるニコシアに行くバスも近くにあるのでとてもリッチはよかったです。部屋も全てが新しく綺麗でした。ホテルのエントランスが少し分かりづらかっただけで、その他はパーフェクトでした。」
