Set between Sway and Lymington, Pennington is a peaceful location with an abundance of spectacular countryside surrounding it. With a choice of country pubs and many routes that are ideal for walking, cycling and riding it is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday. Nearby Lymington, which has a strong sailing and maritime heritage is easily accessible from here. You can enjoy an afternoon exploring the many boutique shops, cafes and restaurants in the town or, if you fancy a walk along the beach, then why not head to nearby Mudeford or wander around the ruins of Christchurch or if you are feeling a little bit adventurous you could even take a trip on the ferry across to the Isle of Wight.

From the gravelled parking area, a small path leads you to the private entrance, which opens into a spacious studio-style room with the open plan, well-equipped kitchenette/lounge/diner and sleeping area. With bi-fold doors onto the decking on two sides, this bright and airy room is the ideal spot for relaxing after a long walk in the nearby forest and offers a Smart TV with Netflix and DVD. The king-sized bedroom area is behind the lounge area and has a well-appointed shower room leading off it, with double shower and WC.

Heading outside you will find a decked area with garden furniture and BBQ wrapping around the property on two sides. Ideally positioned to make the most of any sunshine it’s the perfect space to enjoy breakfast, or perhaps drinks in the evening or even a relaxing time in the hot tub.
