Cozy, lake front cottage

Welcome to Pepper’s Place on Lyman Lake! Built in 2019, our cozy, lake-front cottage is the perfect getaway for those who want a great place to rest, relax and enjoy the lake!

The space
Our cottage consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has huge windows with beautiful lake views, a king sized bed with memory foam mattress, a private bathroom with a shower/bath combo, as well as double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, with a plush mattress topper, and a separate full bath with a walk-in shower.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal, including a gas stove and oven. You can enjoy dinner with a view at our large island bar with four stools. The screened porch and deck provide waterfront views. They are a great place to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

A full washer and dryer are located in a separate laundry closet. There are ceiling fans in the living room, both bedrooms, and the screened porch. There is ample parking at the entrance to this one-of-a-kind cottage.

There is a private dock that has a ladder for swimmers. You can enjoy grilling out dinner on our gas grill, or relax by the fire in our fire pit (guests provide their own firewood). Our cottage includes a 65 inch smart TV in the living room, as well as highspeed Wi-Fi.
