Ficamos no Hippo pois faríamos 2 dias inteiros de safari, e ele está a 15 minutos do portão Phabeni. No check in avisamos que no doa seguinte faríamos o primeiro safari, que seria as 5h30 da manhã e solicitamos a box de café para levarmos.
Pra nossa surpresa nada foi preparado e ficamos sem café da manhã.
Partimos para o Kruger as 5h30 e o carro do Safari só parou as 9h para compramos um café da manhã.
Ao final do dia retornamos para o Hotel e solicitamos esclarecimentos da ausência do nosso café da manhã.
A gerente Vanessa veio conversar e resolveu.

We stayed for five days and four nights, and were truly impressed by the hospitality of every staff member at the lodge.
I traveled with my 7-year-old daughter, and many of the staff remembered her name, which made her feel so welcomed and happy.
She had a wonderful time, and we were both extremely satisfied with our stay.
