Beautiful place, that is very well appointed and close to everything Sylvan Lake. Brand new and very nice for 3-6 people. While in town you have to check out Lighthouse Community restaurant and Buk's and Buk Wildz bars on Lakeshore Drive. Great people and better service. Thank you.

The townhome is a recently built unit with clean and comfortable rooms on the second floor. The home contains modern appliances and is perfect for families to stay under one roof while visiting Sylvan. The only drawbacks are the minimal living room and construction taking place nearby due to its location in a new development. Nevertheless, it’s a good place to stay at the end of day after taking in the activities on the lake and surrounding areas. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Quiet Residential Townhome

Brand new property, in a quiet residential area. Close to amenities, groceries and quick serve restaurants. Lakeshore Drive is a short drive away. The home is comfortable, with an ample kitchen area, and modest but well appointed bedroom. Amenities are brand new and easy to use. Backyard is a plus with the BBQ. Its a new rental, so there's a few guest supply things, that will get worked out over time, like hair dryers, soap etc.Overall, its a great choice in Sylvan, would definitely book again. Extra pro tip: if you like Sushi, go to Sushi Han, very close by. Awesome!
