"Our stay at Kinispa was fantastic- what a host! We arrived with our teenagers and young toddler to a home that was clean, welcoming and ready for our stay. We requested a highchair and pack-n-play- they were both there, clean and ready to use. The home is equipped with books and tons of toys for your little ones! "Die buchung wurde mit Haus 34,0,whg 3. Leider gibt es hier keine 1.etage. Die Rezeption des Golfplätzen hat uns suchen helfen, die sagten, dass es bei belvilla oft Probleme gibt. Eigentlich wollten wir schon wieder abreisen. Letztlich war die richtige wohnung im Haus 43,0 Nr 3 am Nachmittag noch von einer Familie mit 2 Kids belegt und nicht gereinigt, auch die Fenster waren total verschmutzt. Wir lassen uns den Urlaub nicht vermiesen. Ich erwarte eine angemessene Rückerstattung."

"This is an ok hotel. The beds are comfortable, the shower good, everywhere is clean. The rooms have balconies, which is a nice addition, and you can really feel 'at one' with the forest.It was so very hot! I got the 3rd degree at check in becase I had travel visas from 5 years ago in my passport, which really ruined my experience. The food was awful. The restaurant closed before its advertised time, even though I had paid for dinner and availability had been checked in advance. There was nothing left at the buffet - not even bread. There was no a la carte option. Breakfast was much better, but all 3 coffee machines broke, the juice machine pumped water with a squirt of coloured luquid, and fruit was - in part - mouldy. Bread, cheese and tomatoes were good as were some very nice warm pastries. There were hot options, but I didn't try these. Overall, not terrible, but certainly not the best hotel I have stayed at."
