"This was a great old (circa 1948) hotel, emphasis on old. Our host/owner Mike welcomed us and took the time to share the history of the hotel and community. This may not be for everyone but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"Beautiful views and great cabin! The outdoor shower was fun on a moonlit night. Great firepit with wood and even color packets for fire provided. Host was very helpful and nice. Had an issue with hottub one night that they addressed and it needs a new cover, but it was clean and otherwise great. Will definitely stay again!"

"We enjoyed the Bear Cabin. It was perfect for the two of us. The porch was a wonderful place to hang out and the cabin was cozy and nicely decorated with lots of bears. "

"The Dark Sky Guest House was awesome. The pictures dont do it justice. The fresh eggs were a nice touch and the cat came and hung out with us by the fire. Just a word of advice plan on getting food or anything else you need in town before you head up the mountain. Over all had awesome time. There were plenty of things to do, board games provided, go to the fire lookout, and even some disc golf. "
