It is set in an idyllic location with excellent customer service.

The service was really good, I’ll definitely will go back with my husband. It was beyond of what I was expecting for money per night. It was amazing. Great experience!

Something happened to me while I was sleeping in the room 1198 which I could not explain. Something attacked my private parts

Just returned from a week at Emotions. Booked the swim up room and it did not disappoint. The staff was excellent and helpful. Food options at buffet were very good. The coffee cafe was a real gem. The room was clean, beds were comfy. Would return.

We spent 8 nights at Punta Rucia Lodge in November 2015. We had booked just 3 days ahead of time looking for a relaxed getaway for myself, my wife and our 22 month old son. We could not have found a better place for the three of us. The lodge is both luxurious and down to earth at the same time. excellent rooms and amazing roof top restaurant bar.

This place is a great getaway. I felt relaxed the entire time just away from everything. The food was great and the service from all the resort workers were outstanding. Definitely, I will make a return stay at that resort.

This hotel was extremely affordable and nice! The food was AMAZING and the staff were wonderful! Miguel in particular was an amazing staff member and went above and beyond to make sure my fiance and I had a great stay.

I would definitely recommend the place is very nice and the people are very friendly

My husband and I loved the pool, breakfast and our entire little “house”. It was perfect size and clean. The apartment had everything that we needed to have a relaxing and comfortable time. The area is quiet and we walked all around the property. The zoo, the animals, the view, the plants and fruits just made us fall in love with this place. We will be back and maybe turn it into a tradition.

My 3rd time there each time was better because I got to see more of resort.

My family and I went on vacation to Viva Heavens and had an amazing time. The resort is smaller than the usual, but the food and entertainment were great. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable, relaxing, and calm vacation.

Location was perfect, very walkable around the tourist district.

We had a wonderful stay! The host and his companion were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They took us to Costambar, where we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the experience. The chef was also excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to come back again!
