「The property could be nice if there was a little more attention to detail. It is convenient to the power boats. My room was unfinished with numerous items either broken or missing. However, my biggest complaint is with the front desk clerk. After the hotel canceled my colleagues confirmed reservation, the desk charged them almost double the Expedia rate for two one bedroom apartments. To add insult to injury, she would not issue them a formal receipt. They were given a handwritten receipt. 」

「Thank you guys for having me and will richly recommend you guys to all my friends and families. You made my stay felt like home where every staff members are keen to help. But please I suggest u look at your breakfast menu. Breakfasts didn’t taste like breakfast for me. Breakfasts was boring. Food don’t look or presentable enough for me to be excited about to eat. Just so you know am talking about the breakfasts in the apartment, room service. 」

「The entire experience was simple and convenient. The owner was responsive and the local team was receptive and accessible. I even enjoyed getting out to walk in through early mornings. Having services close because of the nearby market was a definite plus. If my need permits for this area in the future, I would definitely stay here.」

「The property manager all the staff were excellent. The bedding and linen were clean and comfortable and of good quality. Service was prompt and friendly. 「The staff were excellent. Local power was off & on, but the staff was quick to start the generator. Walking from the house begins with a steep uphill climb & there is a market at the top of the hill. Not much else nearby, so transportation is needed either by Uber, keke or motorcycle taxi. Getting a vehicle to the house itself is difficult at best because of the extremely tight "street" leading to the gate. Better to stop at the soccer field & walk in.」

I would like to express my disappointment

"It was wonderful to be back in Sierra Leone, and given your hotel's reputation, I was excited to stay here. However, I was surprised to find both the hotel and restaurant rather empty. I was also disappointed that the breakfast menu was almost identical for the entire week, perhaps due to the low occupancy. Other hotels in the city, even with fewer options, make an effort to change the menu daily. I was also surprised to be asked for a card charge at checkout, which is something I have not experienced at other hotels. The reception staff did not always seem to prioritize customer service, as they were sometimes seen eating snacks or using their phones at the counter. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was weaker than expected. The restaurant manager was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay as it did not meet my expectations. I hope these issues can be addressed in the future."

"シャワーヘッドを清掃時にこわしても、そのままで２度もレセプションに修繕をお願いしても何もしてくれず、3度目でようやく対応された。またチェックアウトをお願いしたときも、あとから来たチェックインのお客を優先し、10分程度待たされた。レセプションの対応にがっかりした。"
