Magnificent villa with sea views in quiet area ideally located 15 minutes from Calvi and 5 minutes walk from the beach and the port of Sant Ambroggio and its shops.

Villa fully equipped.

Private parking.

Very bright villa composed of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two with beds 160x200 and a room with twin beds.

All rooms are equipped with flat screen TV and have wall cupboards.

The living room, also air-conditioned has a flat screen TV (Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube ...)

A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is at your disposal.

The bathroom with walk-in shower is equipped with a towel dryer, bidet, WC and double sinks.

Other independent toilet.

Guests can lounge on one of the sun loungers on the spacious wooden deck bordering the heated pool.

Pool secured by glass body guards (ideal with young children)

Ping pong table.

Entire house in private and fenced garden.

Bed linen and towels provided.
