The house is on two levels connected by an internal staircase, and is made up of two double bedrooms, with a double bed upstairs next to the kitchen with fireplace, and two single sofa beds, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
It also has parking for one car right in front of the entrance, on the street.
Ideal for couples of friends or families that like also walking, the strategic position given its proximity to the historic center and the countryside which can be reached by walking in a few minutes in both.

A few hundred meters away you can reach the municipal swimming pool, all services including food and restaurants.
