Property was under complete construction. Couldn’t use 2 of our 3 balconies as they had tarps and ladders on them. Weren’t informed that whole place was under construction until two days before trip.

Excellent fitness centre and buffet breakfast. Major renovations were taking place which were not advertised on Expedia, therefore, no outdoor pool or solarium access. The room was uncomfortably hot at night and the portable air conditioning unit dated and ineffective. Fans didn’t help which meant for sleepless nights - in May.

I was disappointed that they were under renovations and was not told ahead of time. I got an email about it the day after I arrived. The view was blocked by a crane.

It is all a little bit old but still very nice. Nice wellness with swimmingpool and big jacuzzi . A lot off sport facillity,s great fittness room with group sports also in the swimmingpool. Restaurant is very nice with good service and fine dinning. Bistro is also very good with good food and drinks. In 10 minutes walking you are at the trainstation.en with the small train in 5 minutes in the centro lugano.with shopping and a lot of restaurants and cafe,s and bars. From the terras and infinity pool there is a great view around. Whe will come back soon again Short tip.maybe put some soundkillers under the chairs and furneture because of the wooden floors.you hear every chair movemend

View is no CE, but hotel is under construction with a huge crane. Nobody on the staff, told us about access to wellness centre, so it was not used, this was not good as it rained both days we were there. It got boring as we though only had an outdoor pool.

Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar! Das Personal super nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück war riesig, für alle was vorhanden, Standart auch vegan und gluteinfrei! Unter dem Bett sollte mal wieder jemand putzen. Das Hotel hat einige Jahre hintersich, man sieht, das der alte Glanz dringend wieder etwas aufgefrischt werden müsste! Da wir das Hotel aber zu Sonderkonditionen buchen durften, war das für uns VÖLLIG OKAY! Zu den normalen Preisen, hätten wir vermutlich reklamiert...

Spectacular Spa in the Swiss Alps
I wish we had more time there. It was absolutely gorgeous, the room was spacious and the staff was super friendly. I stayed in the off season and the rates weren’t too bad. Definitely have to come back and stay longer next time.

Das Hotel entspricht im großen und ganzen 4 Sternen. Einrichtungen etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit kleinen Gebrauchsspuren aber sehr geschmackvoll. Hervorzuheben Größe der Zimmer, Freundlichkeit des Personals sowie der Wellnessbereich. Traumhafte Parkanlage mit Terrasse und Seeblick. Da das Hotel erhöht am Hang liegt ist der Rückweg vom See bzw. Altstadt sehr anstrengend weil nur bergauf ca 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles in allem überwiegt das positive und ich kann das Hotel zu einem günstigen Angebot weiterempfehlen. Personals und die Sku

Les chambres mériteraient un petit lifting, autrement très bon hôtels, avec une superbe vue sur Lugano. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien fourni! Un petit peu éloigné du centre ville surtout si vous souhaitez faire les trajets à pieds, mais station de bus à proximité, et très proche de la gare de Lugano. Merci!

Staff without patience and kindness. Bed with hair and unfortunately they didn't change the pillowcases. Pillowcases crumpled and with hair strands.
