Your holiday flat on the first floor has a living space of approx. 100 m² and is ideal for accommodating four adults (and 2 small children). A large, combined living and dining area with a cosy sofa corner awaits you on the upper floor. There is also a large kitchen and a bathroom on this floor. On the top floor are the two bedrooms, each with a large box-spring bed 1.80 m wide (with full-length mattress) and a beautiful shower room with natural light.

A balcony invites you to relax in the sun or enjoy the sunset.

There is a lockable bicycle shed on the property.

Due to the disproportionate increase in energy costs for heating and electricity, we unfortunately have to charge a surcharge from November to the end of April.

A contribution towards expenses of three EUR per day is due for a small child.
